What does it mean if a shear pin shears?

If a shear pin shears, this means that the tool has been overloaded. This is a safety feature that locks up the cable puller and stops the tool from continuing. Additional shear pins can be found in the handle

How can I get more capacity out of the Tirmaster?

You can use one or multiple sheave blocks to increase the tool’s capacity (use a rigging guide for safety instructions and illustrations)

Why would I use a Drop Stop?

The Drop Stop works as a secondary braking device for the T7 cable puller in the case of overloading the hoist or a defect in the wire rope. This tool prevents dropping the load or swing stage
